Effective date: 2026-10-19. These Terms are an agreement between you and the OCTARENA project ("we") about using OCTARENA. By creating an account (registering or signing in with Telegram) you accept them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One person — one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
2. The Game
OCTARENA is a free browser game for fans of MMA and boxing. Fights in the Game are fictional and simulated; they do not promote real violence. Combat sports are practised safely only under qualified supervision.
3. Real events, fighters and trademarks
OCTARENA is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or licensed by any promotion (including the UFC, PFL or any boxing organisation), federation, broadcaster or fighter.
Names of promotions, events and fighters are used only to identify them and to report publicly known sports facts — schedules, fight cards, records and results. We do not use official logos, belts, photographs, video or the likeness of any fighter; the characters in the Game are our own designs. All trademarks belong to their owners. You cannot give your own fighter the name of a real athlete.
Predictions and the "idol" feature are fan activities. They involve no stake, no payment, no odds and no prize of monetary value, and are not betting or gambling.
Rights holders: if you believe something in the Game infringes your rights, write to abuse@octarena.com with your name, the right concerned and the pages in question. We answer within 3 working days and remove or change justified material promptly.
4. Virtual items and currency
Coins, gems and items are a limited licence to use game content. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not your property. Trading them outside the Game is forbidden. We may rebalance the Game, which may change the value or properties of items.
5. Rules of conduct
It is forbidden to:
- choose offensive, discriminatory or misleading fighter names or logins, or impersonate real athletes or staff;
- use bots, scripts, exploits, multiple accounts or other unfair advantages; share or sell accounts;
- attack, overload or try to break the Game or other players' accounts.
We may rename, restrict or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability and changes
The Game is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy and timeliness of third-party sports data. We may change, add or remove features, run seasons and resets described in the Game.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the Game ("More" → "Delete account"). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of virtual items or data, or errors in third-party sports data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
9. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of registration, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Please contact info@octarena.com first — most issues can be solved quickly.
